iconv -f cp949 -t utf8 -c [바꿀파일명] > [바꿔서 저장할 파일명]
eucKR <- utf8
당연히 위의 반대로 쓰면됨
iconv
-f from, convert characters from encoding
-t to, convert characters to encoding
-c Omit invalid characters from output
